A Cleansing & Refreshing Juice by Jeana Kay!
I needed a lil’ pep in my step this morning so I made myself this juice…
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Pineapple
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 inch Jalapeno
I used my cold press juicer and voilá… A refreshing juice before my workout.
I thought to put a cucumber wedge on the side of the Mason jar to give it some glam….lol

I got addicted to pineapple juice when I was a kid and only wanted the juice when my mom opened a can of pineapple. This recipe sounds delicious!
Well you know what they say about pineapple right?! Needless to say its not a bad fruit to be addicted to 😉
